Leslie Weaber joined Chandler in 2026 as a Relationship Manager. She is responsible for developing and managing institutional client relationships throughout the Southeastern United States, serving public agencies, healthcare organizations, higher education institutions, insurance funds, and special districts.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Leslie has built her career around fostering trusted client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs. Her experience spans both the banking and public sectors, where she has partnered closely with clients to provide exceptional service, strategic guidance, and long-term support.

Prior to joining Chandler, Leslie served as an Institutional Sales and Relationship Manager with PFM Asset Management, a subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. In that role, she advised public sector organizations across the Southeast, including municipalities, counties, school districts, authorities, and special districts, on investment and cash management strategies. Her responsibilities included client relationship management, fixed income investment support, portfolio analysis and structuring, asset allocation, investment policy review, and economic research. Leslie also served as a frequent presenter at industry seminars and client training events.

Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business and holds FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.
