Dipika joined Chandler as a Human Resources Generalist in 2025. She is responsible for managing payroll, assisting with recruiting, and maintaining employee safety. She also has a lead role in managing Chandler’s culture through training, development, and employee relations.

Before joining Chandler, Dipika was an HR generalist for Meals on Wheels San Diego County. Dipika has a diverse HR background with experience in telecommunications, manufacturing, and non-profits, honing her skills in managing recruitment processes, developing SOPs, and streamlining workflows through technological innovation.

She graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2021 with her B.A. in Psychology.
