Claire Smith joined Chandler in 2025 as a Compliance Associate, supporting investment policy monitoring, trade compliance, and regulatory reporting, including FINRA-related responsibilities and internal compliance reviews.

Claire has a multidisciplinary background in law, operations, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the financial services industry, she worked as an operations specialist at a biotech startup, focusing on corporate and federal governance. Her foundation in compliance began during her undergraduate studies, when she held multiple roles within NCAA athletic compliance, including work related to the evolving Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy landscape.

Claire holds a B.A. in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration from Washington State University and a J.D. from the University of Denver. She is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado.
