Alex Johnson joined Chandler Asset Management as Finance Manager in 2025. He is responsible for financial operations, budgeting, reporting and compliance. In addition to supporting the strategic goals of the firm, Alex plays a key role in the administration of the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), supporting financial audits, annual valuations, and related reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Chandler, Alex worked in corporate finance in a variety of industries with a focus on building GAAP-aligned accounting infrastructures and delivering impactful reporting. He has led transformative initiatives that drive efficiency, strengthen internal control, and provide strategic insight while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver financials, support capital planning, and strengthen overall operational and financial performance.

Alex holds B.A. degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed CPA in the state of California.
