Mitchell joined Chandler as a Compliance Associate in 2024. He monitors compliance guidelines including client investment policies, reporting, and record retention. He also reviews marketing and advertising materials before they are distributed.

He graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management in 2024, with concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics. While earning his degree, he also worked for Investments and Pensions Europe, gaining hands-on experience researching financial statements, asset allocations, and strategic insights on Europe’s largest pension funds and discovering his passion for data-driven problem solving.
